I haven't seen this but do you already have an account t set up? Perhaps that's the reason although I don't know what you'd do to correct it. Maybe contact support for a resolution.

Greetings

I've just installed an Arlo Q Plus camera in my parent's home and it works perfect, has all the functionalities they require.

However they also want to grant me access ( so we don't have log in with the same account and kick eachother out), i found good documentation on how to do it from the owner's side but not what you need to do from the 'friends' side.

After clicking the invite link i log in and get this window: link

Is this normal? Looks kinda weird that you expect me to everything all over again no? like i'm the one installing a new camera?

What am I doing wrong?

Thans in advance

Clownhair,

After clicking the link you must log in to an existing account or create an account if you don't already have one to complete the Grant Access process.

What client are you using (mobile app or web client) that is producing the above message? Do you get the same results if you accept the invitation using a different device?
