Always active mode, not motion dependant

My system is working, or I suppose it is. It appears that I get video with motion. Is there a way for the system to be active all the time. That is NOT motion dependent? If so how do I set it up to put it in this mode? Many thanks for your responses.

No you can not...it is a motion activated record only system....batteries do have a finite usage and they set it up this way for that reason.

BUT, if wanted, the Q cameras are ac power ( indoors ) and they can record 24/7 with the CVR option ($).
