Apple TV App (tvOS) not working?

Hi Guys, I've downloaded the Apple TV App, but unfortunately it won't launch. I've deleted and re-downloaded app but still won't open. Any chance you could look into this and update App? Loving the camera so far... but a working Apple TV App would be Hollywood! Cheers, Karina

Which model AppleTV are you using and what iOS version is it on?

Are you getting any error messages when attempting to launch the app?

Hi James,

Apple TV 4 running 10.0.1

I've got it working now. Apples last auto update had got the App stuck (the hint was i was stuck on dark mode).

So as they say, if in doubt unplug power, count to 10 and plug back in. AKA reboot!
