Anyone had problems with the recent update the app won't work on my acer. I have reinstalled etc but no luck.

The PC , android, and IOS new versions all work here.

Maybe a flash problem ? Try Fire Fox

If we are talking about an Acer tablet, is it running at least Android OS version 4.1 or higher?

The Arlo mobile app requires version 4.1 or higher, if you have an older version, make sure you have the latest Android OS available.

I did its the acer tablet running up to date os 4.4.2 i am deaking with arlo customer support as well so may have got mixed up.

A new Android app update was released today that addressed an issue a very small number of users were experiencing. After installing the new update are you still having issues with your tablet?
