    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am still having the problem.&amp;nbsp; It is a new setup.&amp;nbsp; How do I choose the New System Setup opion?&amp;nbsp; When I go in through my phone, it takes me to a screen that says "Add Device."&amp;nbsp; And, at the top it says, "We are sorry.&amp;nbsp; The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to replicate any issue accessing the Arlo web portal. Are you seeing this behavior on both web client and mobile app?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the same error when logging into the mobile app.&amp;nbsp; I also get it in the mobile app when trying to add equipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
