I just bought an arlo system on weekend. And we've set it up, and are getting notification that the cameras are detecting motion, yet when i click on app i get a message saying arlo is currently unavailable? Does this happen often?

There have been instances where this occurs but it's usually on a per user basis. Try logging out and back in as well as use a browser. It could be pretty much anything including the phase of the moon. FWIW, I've had no problems.

I get this once or twice per week. Try killing the app and opening again. Sometimes it helps.

Very frustrating!

Also, easiest thing to try is a different browser ( some work well, some are flaky at times )

Interested in what your solution you had for the "Arlo is currently unavailable". I am getting it using the app but it

works fine accessing thru desktop. Also, even from the desktop, if I hit "live" on a camera it tells me it fails to connect

even though if motion is detected, it records fine.
