Not getting information to my phone

Hi,

I bought a set with 2 cameral and insallation whent fine, everything was working. I go information at my e-mail and also on my I-phone ( which was very good since I carry this with we all day)

I had to rebot the whole thing becauce it was deactivated. Now I only get information on mail, but not to my I-phone. Any sugestions to what I can do to get this information back.

Hope that someone can help me.

I don't have an iOS device but the usual suggestions are to look at the settings of the app on your device and verify that notifications are enabled. If needed, turn notifications off, save, and then turn back on and save. If this doesn't fix it, try removing and reinstalling the app.

Thank you for tips , but I have tried both and no change. The stange thing is that I get infro to my Ipad and not the phone. Maybe I can not have it on both devices.I will try to only have it on my phone and see waht happens.

Have you recently updated both or one to the latest IOS ? ( 9.0.2 I think was last week )

Did my ipad and no problems, but I don't have an iphone.
