Hi!

I just added a fourth camera to my existing base station which already has three cameras on it. The syncing went fine but when I go to the app it has a red diamond icon with an explanation mark inside next to listed device in the settings part of the app. Anyone know what that means? I would appreciate any feedback!

Thank You!

It most likely needs a firmware update. I just had to do it to a new one I got this week.

Go into the App, then My Devices, then click on the camera, then scroll to device info and then click on firmware. That should do it.
