Any tips to reduce my latency?

I have read about 100 posts about the latency and I am still struggling. Here is a video of me walking down the sidewalk, up the stairs, picking up a package and walking away. Obviously useless for identifying a real thief. Can anyone give me suggestions that may help? The frustrating thing is that I still get video whenever a car goes by so I don't want to increase the FOV any more than it is. Camera sensitivity is 100%, video quality at "Best Video".

You can share a video from the library which could be easier.
