One camera sends us a motion alert every 2 minutes. We have put the motion sensitivity at 0, 50 and 100, but we continue to get alerts every 2 minutes, and there is absolutely nothing moving in the videos....nothing!

Please help.

I had the same problem yesterday (Jan 25). I changed the sensitivity to 50% and it stopped.

Sometimes a shotgun approach works fastest. First, try resetting the cameras by opening and closing the battery doors. For the camera that won't record, try a new set of batteries. Swapping cameras around may provide some clues - does the problem follow the camera or the position? If that fails to help, try power cycling the base using the power switch. If all else fails, maybe a factory reset would help. Of course, that means deactivating the system first, using the reset button until the base LEds flash amber and then re-sync the cameras. You'll also need to recreate your modes and schedule, as appropriate.

If all else fails, create a trouble ticket.
