Push Alerts Arlo (2.0.1_11309)

Push Alerts work great on my phone, (androis) which is the first phone that Arlo was set up on, my wife can receive email notifications but not the push alert with the little guy at the top of the screen(android). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Step #1 is to reinstall the app. It may be that simple. Beyond that, what device and OS version for both devices?

Thanks for responding! I unistalled and reinstalled last night. I have a Note 4, 5.0.1 and my wife has S6,5.1.1.

It shouldn't make any difference because you're getting the push notifications but edit your modes to verify that notifications are enabled. Mode tab, select system, edit modes and verify the notifications settings.

That's weird. Maybe a reboot of her phone may help?

She finally started receiving push alerts, I signed out of the account ony phone, she signed in on her phone, signed out and then back on under her email login for the account and viola! Weird but worked. Thanks for your suggestions and reaching out!!!!
