My arlo camera does not trigger and record videso

It does not trigger and record videos. I have tried all the pre-set modes. When I try to add a new mode it only lets me to the screen where I choose camera.

I can take snapshots and manually record videos

Pls help/guide me

What happens when you choose the camera? Also, at which point are you choosing the camera - initially to build the rule or later on when you choose the camera to actually activate?

It's probably fastest to factory reset the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and start over.

Specify the exact steps you're doing in detail. While there could be some weird issue going on it sounds like you're just missing something. Also, try the app or browser, whichever you haven't been using.

If you set the Mode to the default Armed Mode (non-custom), do all of your cameras show the black running man icon on the cameras screen?

As jguerdat suggests above, are you seeing the same behavior across the web client and the mobile app? Please let us know!
