      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a video of this? Why won't that be useful to the police? If you truly need a still, play the video, pause it at an appropriate place (may take several tries to get it right) and use a screen capture (varies according to device).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
