Hi,

I have a video of a theft at my house and want to capture a still image of the criminals faces but have no idea how to do that. Can someone assist?Thanks

Do you have a video of this? Why won't that be useful to the police? If you truly need a still, play the video, pause it at an appropriate place (may take several tries to get it right) and use a screen capture (varies according to device).

Thanks that's what we ended up doing. Cops wanted a still pic and I wish the software would allow for it. Freeze, zoom, capture.
