Receive notifications every 30 sec even if no motion

I have a 3 cams Arlo WIFI system and very happy to own except one problem that I cannot resolve after all kind of attempts.

One camera is sending every aprox. 30 sec notifications while no movement in front of the camera.

Anybody can help me ?

Well, that would be annoying. Are notifications enabled for that camera in your various modes? Try enabling email notifications and see if there are any video links embedded. Open and close the camera battery door and maybe power cycle the base.

In addition or if the above made suggestions don't work, I would try removing the camera from your system in the settings and resynchronizing it.

So, in Settings click/tap on My Devices, then click/tap on your camera, then click/tap the Remove Camera button at the bottom of the page.

Please let us know if the above recommendations resolved the issue. If not, are you also getting recordings or just e-mail/push notifications? Do you get the same behavior if you swap the location of this camera with one that is behaving normally?
