      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I didn't pay any attention to the advertising of plans, just thought it was a sales gimmick, but it looks like this camera has to have a plan to see the recording. My older Arlo cameras do not. So I now have a brick hanging over my front door unless I pay the ransom Arlo charges to see my recordings. I will never purchase another Arlo product again. To many other companies out there that don't charge. Super disappointed. Will bad mouth these guys on every review/website I can find.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Pro and Pro 2 do not need a subscription as they have free 7 day storage. However, all the other cameras do need a subscription. Subscriptions have been needed since 2018. You could use local storage to store videos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
