I lost a screw spacer for my wall mount where can i get a replacement i can’t seem to speak to anyone or get an answer.

Arlo doesn't sell spacers, but the cameras can all use standard mounts (including third party).

Can you confirm the camera model? My 3rd gen Essentials do not have a spacer.

it’s for the magnetic wall mounts so how would i go about getting a replacement?

Ok, so not for the Gen 3 Essential camera (which is the forum area you used).
