      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3311"&gt;@StephenB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have been connected to my Wi-Fi for 3 days now and the firmware version for all four cameras are 9.0.31_02b8a8c.&amp;nbsp; The SmartHub firmware version is 1.29.1.0_1974_07374b3.&amp;nbsp; When I try to connect the camera, it still only gives me the option to connect to Wi-Fi and not SmartHub/Base Station.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So the firmware on both the cameras and the smarthub is up-to-date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you try doing a hardware reset on the camera after removing it from your account? - pressing the pairing button until the camera LED flashes amber (~ 15 sec).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have multiple locations set up, then make sure you choose the location of the base station before going into "add device".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
