      <title>Arlo app not working properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not had any meaningful notifications since Saturday 3/7/26, all I receive is “motion detected”, but no caption or anything. &lt;P&gt;Are you seeing the same issue when using a PC (my.arlo.com)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not using a friend account. I also don’t use a PC for this app as it defeats the purpose of having it readily available to look at moments notice when a notification comes through. The app hasn’t worked since last Saturday (3/7), since then all notifications I get are just motion detections, I just don’t understand why all of a sudden I get locked out of trying to change my notification settings (see OP, blank pictures).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I realize that you don't normally do this, but it would be good to know if you see the same issues when using my.arlo.com on a PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
