Arlo spotlight camera reset itself

My camera reset itself. I have two cameras that reset themselves on there own. I live far away from the location and will be there in a few days to check out. Has this happened to anyone else?

What do you mean by reset? That normally is a manual operation and takes the camera out of your account (although they still show there).

Yes, it reset itself and now I can't see it on the app. I will have to relink it when I get there later this week.

Hi @Pennygirl

I checked on some data and it appears the devices were manually removed via the Arlo app from a Moto G device. The removals occurred on two separate occasions (May 7 and May 11).

No, not manually. They reset on their own. I was able to bring one back online. The second one is not responding at all.
