https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Essential-Security-Camera/quot-Backend-request-failed-quot/m-p/2479173#M358 <P>I haven't had any videos in my feed for 50 days now and I'm about to cancel my subscription and throw the camera in the bin because I spend more time trying to get it working than not.</P><P>Everything is online, it tells me its detecting motion etc but if I try to add zones (which I have to do because I reset it trying to get it to work) it says "backend request failed" and then freezes up.&nbsp;</P><P>I have default rules set for arm home and away, just detect and record. I have default everything but it's not happy.
