      <title>Essential Spotlight camera no longer pairs to Android app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a pair of Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras set up outside my house. Occasionally one will lose charge and I go through the process of recharging. After recharging this past instance, my camera is no longer recognized by the Arlo app, and so I attempted to re-pair it to the app. I can't get past the point where the camera scans the QR code and attempts to connect to the Android app. I have tried this process a half dozen times with no joy. The WiFi is correct, password correct, etc. It just won't connect. It has worked just fine in the past, as it is a few years old and has gone through the recharge process multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought these as a set. The other camera shows Hardware: VMC2030AerH8. The serial number for the dead one is A4730A7JA1B14 (as per QR code stamped on the unit).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hold down the sync button until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec).&amp;nbsp; Then try to install again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
