Rotation question

New to Arlo and not knowing until you know, I wonder if my model camera essential Outdoor 2nd generation, is supposed to actually swivel/rotate, or is the positioning, once mounted, determined by going in to the app and adjusting the camera angle from there? My camera and Mount is fixed and unable to be manually rotated. Also, how easy is it to detach from wall for recharging?

Dlauren,

While the mount will be relatively stiff, once the camera is secured you can swivel/rotate the camera to the desired position by applying some force. To remove the camera for charging, you can push up on the mount to release it from the wall mount bracket.
