Essential xl 2nd generation not loading videos

My Arlo camera is not displaying video events. It is picking up activity because I receive notifications, but it doesn’t appear anywhere on my app. Any suggestions?

I have a trial subscription that started yesterday so it’s still good

Are you seeing the camera on the devices page?

If so, can you livestream the camera?
