About all you can do w/o a subscription is immediately livestream the camera when you get a motion alert.

I feel that the quality of the detections, once my free trial expired, seriously degraded. It is as if there are still photos taken, not video. And because nothing is stored I cannot go back to view. It appears, without a subscription, this device is useless. I realize the company wants the revenue for a subscription but I thought, for what I wanted in this product, I would be able to use without a subscription but again, once free trial ended, because of quality, this is not going to work for me. Am I expecting too much from the product? I know it is not the wifi as it was fine when on the trial.
