      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the plus subscription and recently whenever my alerts come in, it just shows “motion” but I used to show “person detected” or “animal detected” and now it doesn’t do that anymore, so whenever I go to the smart detection, it just shows a black screen… how can I fix this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
