Help with setting notifications

I would like help in learning how to set the camera so that when in stand by and a person enters its viewing range it alerts my iphone and or records it.

By default the cameras are disarmed in Standby (and armed in Arm Away and Arm Home).

If you want to change that, then navigate to routines->modes, and press the > next to standby. Then press the + at the top of the screen and add a rule for the camera you want to arm.
