    <description>&lt;P&gt;I see 2 different issues - 1) dead battery and 2) need to access videos.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Try this procedure - the key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge normally:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Proactively charging the battery prevents a lot of headaches.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2) Even with a dead camera, previous videos are still available in Feed for the length of time your plan supports.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had experience in getting a camera back online to retrieve footage.&amp;nbsp; The new camera went dead, will not take a charge, important footage is lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
