To be clear, the cameras aren't connected to phones. they are connected to Arlo accounts.

You have two basic approaches. The first is to use the same Arlo username/password on second phone as you use on the first. This is simple, and gives both phones the same control over the entire Arlo setup. But it also does give both phones the ability to manage the subscription and payment method.

The second is to use the Arlo "friend" account feature to share the cameras with a different account. Details are here:

Accepting the invite on the mobile device often seems to fail, so I recommend accepting the invite on a PC instead.
