      <title>I can't open phone app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone app will not open.&amp;nbsp; It just stays on the first logo screen no matter which device I use.&amp;nbsp; I've Cleared storage and the cashe, deleted the app data and uninstalled the app and restarted my router. Sometimes I can get on the app for a few minutes and then I can't get back in.&amp;nbsp; This has been happening all week.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have a paid subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
