How to subscribe Alro Secure plan in Taiwan?

Hi,

I have an Arlo Essential 2nd generation outdoor camera. My location is in Taiwan. I would like to subscribe Arlo Secure plan. I cannot find subscription entry point in iOS app. I also don't have subscription link in "Home -> Plan" page of my account in "my.arlo.com" web site. I also tried "https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/subscription/plans" and get no response after login with my account.

Subscription plans are not available in all countries. You can view the list of eligible countries here, which will be updated as new regions are added: What are the available Arlo subscription plans. Subscriptions cannot be activated in countries not included on this list.
