&lt;P&gt;I have looked up your case you created and I would be more than happy to assist you. I see that you have one plan which is the unlimited plan. Looking into the account I see that you have Pro 2 as well as Essential XL cameras. Once the subscription ends the Pro 2 do have free 7 day cloud storage. However, the Essential XL cameras do not. Meaning you can still use them, but they will not store recordings within the feed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Without a service plan, your Arlo Pro 2 device will continue to have the following features:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Live Streaming&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Push Notifications&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Two-way Audio&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Auto Zoom &amp;amp; Tracking*&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Local Storage Recording*&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;*Auto Zoom &amp;amp; Tracking and Local Storage Recording are not available for all Arlo devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Without an Arlo plan or trial you will&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; have access to features such as Video History and Activity Zones.&lt;/P&gt;
