    <description>&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hi, I'm having the same problem. I think it's a problem with the app. Maybe it hasn't been updated yet in the region where you live. I'm in Argentina, South America, and I can't install it either.
I also don't know if it's going to be updated in the region where I live. Do you know if there's a website that provides information on this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Newer cameras don't necessarily show up in all regions at once. If you have the latest app, the issue is likely due to the inability for you to purchase a plan - only certain countries can do so.&lt;/P&gt;
