    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a setup with a base and 2 x pro 2 and 2 x Essential 2k.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The base is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VMB4500r2, FW: 1.27.0.0_4632_03495c2, HW: VBM4500r2, under paired devices I see all my 4 camera&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 x Pro2, FW: 1.125.17.1_11_de8490d, HW: H6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 x&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Essential 2K Wireless Security Camera, FW: 1.7.0_4_f167ee9, HW: 1.4&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;App version, 6.2.4 (9805)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are all connected to the base. When the pro 2 detect motion it is stored on the USB drive and I see it in the Feed tab in the mobile app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see the videos from the Essential cameras on the USB stick but I don't see them in the Feed tab or anywhere else in the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone that have an idea to what can be wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's because you have a VMB4500 base.&amp;nbsp; It has local &lt;EM&gt;recording&lt;/EM&gt;, but no &lt;EM&gt;playback&lt;/EM&gt; functionality.&amp;nbsp; You see the Pro 2 recordings in the feed because those cameas were sold with free 7-day cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To see the local recordings in the app, you'll need to get a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are several caveats:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;recordings only available in the app - not my.arlo.com&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;recordings only available using the primary account - not "friend" accounts&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;no thumbnails, so each video needs to be downloaded to see anything&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;no ability to make manual recordings (or snapshots)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remote access requires router setting changes that many find difficult (and which won't work with some internet service providers).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
