      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a camera that is not recording now that the initial trial is over, so I paid for a subscription and it is still not recording. I need to contact customer service and when I do I am told that I need a subscription, which I have... help! I am paying for a product that is not working and I am paying for a service I cannot access -&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try removing the camera from the account and re-adding it as if it were new. Do you still experience the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
