Arlo Essential Gen 2 outdoor camera 2K, Solar panel not charging

When I charge my camera, with the charger it charges to 100%, but then when I re attach it to the solar panel the charge depletes.

For example if the charge was showing 52%, then after an hour with the panel charging the battery shows 49%.

Why is the charge from the solar panel not taking. Is the solar panel defective?

Are you still experiencing this symptom?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have unplugged and re plugged in the cable. I also changed the solar panel as I had an extra one.

And still the charge is being depleted.

I have another panel that I have been using for 2 years on another camera from Wasserstein and I do not have this problem

Is there an issue with the panel?

Yes it’s showing that it is charging but the charge does not change or it depletes

Did you change this solar panel with another Arlo branded solar panel?

Do you have another camera you can test the solar panel charging with to see if it has the same symptoms?
