I did not know i had to buy a plan. Got the cameras and base station through Amazon cause there’s nobody to ask at Arlo. I could have bought a Ring camera for a lot less. Hooked it up and after 30 days they cut my feed cause I don’t have a plan. I spent hours on the phone with Support trying to figure out the installation. TWICE they were supposed to call me back but never did. Now I HAVE to buy a plan or throw it all in the garbage. $20/month to have my videos floating around in the Cloud. I will NEVER buy Arlo again and will share my thoughts all over on social media, including Amazon.
