Solar panel issues

I am having trouble wit the solar charging. I understand they are not meant to charge the battery from dead, But I live in Arizona and my panels are in direct sunlight. From my understanding you should see a green sun icon, under each camera window on the app, if it's working. All I see is a gray solar indicator with no battery charging indication on the battery, in the same window.

The battery's are not lasting long, even with out any activations and not even turned on a lot. I don't think the solar panels are adding anything to the battery's.

My main question is, Should the solar indicator show as green and the battery show a lightning bolt if they are working ? Or are they just that weak and worthless charging the battery at all, even just maintaining the charge, even with little activation.

Are these Arlo Solar panels or a third party solar panel?
