Year old csmera not charging

I have and Outdoor Essentials 2nd gen camera that I've had a little over a year and it won't charge now. Can I switch out the batteries or is there another problem causing this

The camera is sealed, and does not have a user-replaceable battery.

Have tried a different charger?

Does the battery icon show the lightning bolt when the camera is plugged in?

I have tried 3 different cord and 2 charging boxes. My other camera charges just fine with them

Also, the charging light doesn't come on nor the lightning bold saying it's charging

Have you double-checked the warranty status? Even if it's not covered, support might offer you a discount on a replacement.

If it still has some power, you could try the hardware reset.
