Hello,

Does anyone know why my videos are not saving on my feeds? I have active subscription.

Do you see "Library" in your app menu, or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?

Can you make a manual recording while LiveStreaming (turn off 2K/4K livestreaming first if you have that enabled)?

What mode is the system in?

Thank you for your response.

I don’t have “library” but I have the “feeds” and “dashboard”. It’s on the default mode which is “record till activity stops”

Can’t seem to figure out how to do a manual recording.

Start livestreaming a camera, and you will see recording controls overlay the video. They disappear after a bit, but will reappear when you touch the video again. The target in the bottom center is the recording control. Touch that, and the recording will start (and the center of the target will turn red).

If you don't see the target, look for the 2K livestreaming option in your video settings. Manual recording is disabled if 2K (or 4K) livestreaming is turned on.

Thank you. This worked and the recordings are now saving to the feeds.
