Two cameras but shows No Devices???

Devices are not showing up in app . I’ve had a subscription started today Which is showing No Devices & no where to ADD?

Are you meaning to say that

you see no cameras at all on the devices page?
that you see the cameras on the devices page, but they are not in the subscription plan?
something else???
