&lt;P&gt;The easy way to change routers is to reuse the old SSID and password on the new router so all devices automatically connect as if nothing happened. Have you reset the cameras or are you just trying to change the WiFi network? If the latter, use the above suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FOr official support, are you using the app to go to Settings, Support to contact them? What have you tried and what happens?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
