    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you StephenB, My base station and cams are now working fine. My next question will be about viewing cameras when away from home, I have done a little research and it seems I have to enable a VPN or/and port forwarding.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently purchased two essential XL second generation outdoor cameras and set them up to WIFI, I have now bought a VMB5000 smart hub, the hub is on my device, phone and PC.&amp;nbsp; Smart&amp;nbsp; hub is saying "no connected devices found"&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance for advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have to remove the cameras from your account, and then add them back again.&amp;nbsp; When you add them back, the workflow will ask whether you want to connect the cameras to the smarthub or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
