Battery is lasting 15 days

We bought 2 essential outdoor camera to try their products 2 months ago. The battery was claimed to last for 4 months that turned out to running out for 15days. The I figured out there is no customer support for the customer not buying their plan. I Don't know where to call for help with these cameras .

The spec for battery life is <5 minutes per day, on average, for recording and live viewing. Total up what you see to get an idea how badly you're out of spec. Camera positioning and motion sensitivity can make a huge difference. Check out these FAQs and maybe provide screenshots of the cameras' views for suggestions. The idea is to only monitor those areas of importance rather than a large view.
