    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to thank you in advance for your time and help.&amp;nbsp; QUESTION 1 OF 2 &amp;gt; I would like to &lt;STRONG&gt;factory reset all (14)&lt;/STRONG&gt; of my Arlo Essential Spotlight (VMC2030) cameras.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;I would gladly pay for getting that done!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;By the way, I love ALL my cameras!&amp;nbsp; I am using them to keep 24-hour watch on my property that is being serverely trespassed on (i.e. driveway, front and back door, front yard--all outside.)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Right now, I think only 2 of the 14 are active.&amp;nbsp; Due to my 14-hour per day work schedule (Monday thru Thursday) and major issues I've had with my Verizon Fios Router...'I'm experiencing loss of critical recording with video and security breaches.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;QUESTION 2 of 2 &amp;gt; My other question is how would be the most reliable method of consistently keeping my cameras charged.&amp;nbsp; All 14 cameras are the same model.&amp;nbsp; I really like the camera and very pleased with your customer service!&amp;nbsp; I just got a brand new cell phone, and finally got my Verizon Fios issues taken care of.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I thought that getting the cameras reset all at one time...I could get a fresh start with my property monitoring.&amp;nbsp; If you could help me with this I would be forever grateful!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My home landline number is 703-222-7656&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My new cell number is 227-256-9989&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My ARLO LOGIN email is :&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:jim.wood1@verizon.net&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank"&gt;jim.wood1@verizon.net&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you very much for your help and I will look forward to hearing from you!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sincerely,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Jim Wood&amp;nbsp; (VIRGINIA)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good gawd!! Do NOT post all your info on the internet! (Unless you're trolling someone else which would likely be illegal)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's no such service from Arlo - you have to do resets yourself. You could possibly contract with a neighbor/friend/etc. to do this for you but that's about it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To help with battery life you can use the proper solar panel or outdoor chargers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
