      <title>Unable to complete onboarding VMC3050</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Onboarding fails at the last step - after firmware update both on wifi and via base station. I performed multiple camera factory resets, used different mobile devices, checked using 2.4 GHz same wifi network etc. There are no fault codes. I am out of ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to connect via Wifi, yes it does. When I select the red ! I am instructed to complete onboarding. This continues to fail as before.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem and getting extremely frustrated as EVERYTHING is brand new..I complete the setup ( it even tells me that ) and yet I'm still getting the error to finish the on-boarding when there's nothing else to do.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera was bricked and Arlo replaced it free of charge, under warranty. I believe this is a known problem. The Arlo customer service person was helpful and efficient - she had to run through the on-boarding procedure with me agan &amp;nbsp;to confirm the problem, then obtain permission for the replacement. My comment to the inevitable questionnaire was that she was great but the process of getting to her was painful and time consuming. I now have a working camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this exact same issue with two new Essential Cameras Gen 2 and a smarthub. Smarthub hooked up easily, but the cameras are stuck in "Finish Onboarding". About to return everything! Wasn't going to purchase the smarthub, but saw an article that the Gen 2s were compatible after the firmware update in November.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FWIW, I onboarded a couple of E2 cameras the other day. One went flawlessly but the other consistently gave me the red "!" on the camera thumbnail to finish the setup. Regardless of what I did, it wouldn't go away even though I was able to complete the process. I gave up for the day but tried again a few hours later - and it worked! Now that some time has passed, try again to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
