White pictures when its record

I have a problem when the camera records, then the image just goes completely white but there is sound. While when I go into live images the images are perfectly fine.

Tried restarting
Swapped location with another camera
Turned off night vision

It's been like this for 2-3 months

Does this also happen when you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Have you tried changing the brightness in the video settings?

When I record live video everything is fine, only applies when it records events.

You could try removing the camera from your account, and then doing a factory reset. You'd push down the pairing button on the top of the camera until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec), and then add the camera back to your account.
