Arlo Essential 2K Outdoor Solar Panel Not Charging

My Arlo Essential 2K solar panel is not charging the camera properly. It will only recharge the camera battery after I disconnect and reconnect the solar panel to the camera. After that it will recharge the camera battery level to 100% from (97% - 99)%). Once fully recharged, the camera will not recharge the battery even it falls below 100% under strong sunlight but will work again if I disconnect and reconnect solar panel again.

I have tried moving the solar panel but it does not help to solve the issue unless I repeat the process above.

Try cleaning both sides of the magnetic connection with isopropyl alcohol.

Thank you. My unit (VMC3050-100) connects via USB C instead of the magnetic connection.

I would use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a method of talking to official support to see what they offer.
