&lt;P&gt;7-day free cloud storage was only offered for old camera models (pro, pro 2, some others).&amp;nbsp; Arlo stopped offering it on new camera models in 2018.&amp;nbsp; The Ultra, Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro 5s, and Essential cameras all require a subscription to get cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Playback of local recordings requires a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub.&amp;nbsp; Do you have one of those models?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
