    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an arl essential that worked perfectly until 11/3/24. Since then nothing. Various chats with support went nowhere. They said problem was their firmware. Sent me a refurbished one, it will not connect. It says doesn't recognize device, switched to 2.4 g no differene. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could also try a factory reset of the camera.&amp;nbsp; Hold down the pairing button until the camera LED flashed amber (about 15 seconds).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
