i bought 2 essencial 2k cammeras in Amazon, but i cant configure in the app.

if it´s not possible, do you know when can we use it from latam?

I'm not sure what you're asking but it seems you're in a country that may not have the ability to use the cameras yet. What country are you located in?

Not all regions may be able to get support for the latest cameras. Additionally, Argentina is not on the list of countries that can have a subscription so it may not matter unless you also purchase a SmartHub so you can connect the cameras to that and use local recordings.

Right now, the only way to install the cameras would be to use a VPN to the US or other supported country to create a new account so you can add the cameras. Once set up, the VPN would not be needed.
